لبه های این بلوار بجای دیوار از یک سری المانهای شهری استفاده شده است.از نظر بصری سعی شده است تا راسته بلوار فضائی باز و دو طرف بلوار به صورت بصری با هم درگیر باشند.در ویلاهای سازمان اب لبه اصلی بلوار به وسیله نرده با ارتفاع کم جدا شده است.ارتفاع ویلاهای نزدیکتر یک طبقه و دورتر سه طبقه هستند و در راسته اصلی پر و خالیهائی وجود دارد که این ارتباط قطع نشود.
